We provided program management services alongside civil engineering design and construction administration for the development of the world’s largest tilt-wall manufacturing facility. The 4.23 million square foot structure consolidates all operations under one roof, including a 1.8 million square foot distribution center, 1.7 million square feet of manufacturing space with a 196,500 square foot mezzanine, 231,598 square feet of lab space, and a 202,600 square foot office.
